A search for a rye barrel pivoted to tasting six year New Riff bourbon aged in Kelvin Cooperage oak with a great picking team! We stumbled upon a delicious bourbon with unique notes of vanilla birthday cake, icing, and sweet orange. We immediately thought this would be a perfect pour for summer, even as we tried it in the heart of winter!
